About the Role

We are looking for a part time registered teacher to join our tight knit team Busy Bees Coopers Beach.

  • Draw on Te Whāriki to plan and guide the educational journey of each child. 

  • Celebrate the magic of learning by capturing and sharing high-quality assessments so every child's progress can be celebrated. 

  • Create a supportive, equitable atmosphere where a sense of belonging is prioritised. 

  • Work collaboratively to build positive relationships across the team. 

  • Maintain a safe, beautiful environment where child wellbeing is the priority. 

About You | Mōu 

Recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current NZ registration. 

  • Warm communication style and the ability to build strong relationships. 

  • A proactive spirit and the integrity to act in ways that are fair and ethical. 

  • Passion for the national curriculum and a drive to share fresh, creative ideas. 

  • Confident using digital tools to document learning and stay connected with families.
