Senior Property Management Associate

Facilities Management ensures functionality, maintenance, safety and efficiency of the workplace environment to support business operations and productivity of all business units.
· Manage and ensure delivery of efficient and cost-effective facilities management solutions for Great Eastern office spaces.
· Ensure vendors comply to contractual requirement and fulfilment of service requirement.
· Involve in the annual business plan exercise and ensure necessary budget provisions are made for all corporate office operations and maintenance expenses, as well as Capex provisions for any renovations/re-stacking projects.
· Identify areas to enhance operational and sustainability outcomes.
· Involve in project works to renovate and optimize use of office spaces, when necessary (e.g. for BU expansion or new business operations, etc.).
· Carry out procurement and contract administration duties, including sourcing for vendors, executing Request for Quotation/ Proposal and tenders (where applicable) in accordance with company’s policies and procedures and putting up recommendation for approval.
· Prepare reports and execute administrative duties and programming / printing of access cards.
· Support and plan for logistics requirement for business continuity plan, staff events, etc. when necessary.
· Diploma/degree holder in Building, Facilities or Built-Environment related discipline with at least 5 years relevant experiences in Facilities Management
· Knowledge in Building and M&E Systems
· Good computing and Microsoft Office skills
· Good interpersonal skills, positive work attitude and keenness to learn
· Meticulous and systematic, with ability to multi-task
· Able to work independently and as a team player
