Are you ready to take the lead in a fast paced, high profile environment where exceptional service is the standard? This is your chance to join our team based at a world renowned financial institution and guide a brilliant welcome team at their stunning London offices.

We’re searching for a confident, people focused Reception (Welcome) Team Leader to supervise and inspire a team of five outstanding Welcome Hosts, based in the main entrance to the building. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every visitor, client and internal stakeholder receives a first class experience from the moment they step through the door.
This is more than a front of house role — it’s your chance to shape the culture of hospitality within a global powerhouse.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high performing welcome team
  • Ensure service excellence and a consistently exceptional visitor journey
  • Build strong relationships with clients, visitors and internal teams
  • Oversee daily operations and handle multiple requests with ease
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail

Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £38,136 per annum
 

Qualifications

  • Experienced in managing a team within front of house or customer service
  • A natural communicator with warmth, confidence and professionalism
  • Exceptionally organised with razor sharp attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable and always ready with a “can do” attitude
  • Skilled at building rapport and juggling multiple priorities
