Job Description

The Cash Management Consultant ensures the reliability and quality of automated financial transaction flows. The role focuses on real-time monitoring, efficient incident management, and continuous improvement of operational processes within a global control tower environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the quality and performance of automated production flows

  • Supervise end-to-end transaction flows across systems and business units

  • Manage and coordinate production incidents, ensuring rapid diagnosis,  stakeholder communication, and timely service restoration

  • Provide Level 1 support for Cash Management Middle Office activities

  • Oversee and track sensitive or high-priority client payment flows

  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve system resilience, and reduce recurring incidents

Qualifications

  • Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, International Relations or related field
  • Background in Banking Operations, Finance, or IT (2 - 5 years)
  • Experience in payments, SWIFT, or cash management (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in monitoring / control room environments
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Monitoring tools / banking systems (e.g., SWIFT)
  • English: Full Working Proficiency (mandatory)

  • Shift-based schedule (including early/late shifts)
  • Availability for bank holidays and extended hours when required
  • Role operates within a 24/7 international control tower structure
