Senior Equipment Technician

Description

 Aaction Rents is looking for an experienced Equipment Technician to join our team. We are seeking someone with strong diagnostic and repair skills who can work independently, help support multiple store locations as needed, and bring leadership and mentorship to the shop.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot efficiently, and wants to be part of a solid team in a fast-paced rental environment.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Construction and rental equipment
• Diesel engines
• Hydraulic systems
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Preventative maintenance and inspections
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment in both shop and field settings
• Supporting and mentoring developing technicians

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on construction, rental, or heavy equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
• CDL/Class A is a plus, but not required
