From your PASSION to ours

Lacatlis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Case Packer based in Tulare.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor(s), the Case Packer must be able to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of packaging including but not limited to, casepacker operations, daily and master sanitation of work area and completion of all other duties as required.  

From your EXPERTISE to ours

The required skills below are not limited to the following:

- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines. 

- Provide coverage so that team members can attend meetings, cross-train and/or work on projects.

- Learn multiple jobs as determined by team consensus.

- Assist with period cleaning, downtime, TPM, and other production needs including emergency situations

- Responsible for recording documents for traceability purposes.

- Accountable for conducting and logging daily, weekly, and monthly Sanitation procedures. 

- Communicate and pass down critical business information throughout the day and at shift change.

- Follow Qualification process to complete training requirements.

- Conduct failure analysis including discovering root causes, creating and implementing corrective action. 

- Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 

- Assist with equipment troubleshooting and support maintenance when needed. 

- Must be able to multi-task as needed for job duties

- Must work in a safe, sanitary and productive manner in accordance with LHD GMP’s. 

- Documented job performance work record and attendance record to be reviewed.

- Specialized training or licenses relevant to job

- Good business participation (i.e. Level 1, safety, process improvement).

- Performed similar positions in the past.
