Job Description

  • Meets customer quality specifications , on time delivery and quantity targets.                                                                                                                                              
  • Coordinates with customer logistics to address for quality and delivery concerns and maintain quality system readiness to customer audits.         
  • Identifies and implements cost reduction opportunities based on budget like Premium Freight, Logistics cost, scrap reduction and includes but not limited to control of stock levels and Inventory
  • Monitors phasing in and phasing out of models to avoid dead stock and build of excess of finish goods. 
  • Prepares production plan based on customer call off from SAP data and enable production to execute according to plan. 
  • Supports for the timely execution of the introduction of new product launches.  
  • Reviews available working days and daily capacity.
  • Reviews releases of customers and amend for any great changes that may affect the previous production plan.
  • Communicates with Customer Logistics regarding shipment details and other urgent concerns.
  • Coordinates with Materials planning to ensure material availability based on production plan.      

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (Bachelor of Science in Engineering)  or any equivalent
  • With Internal and External effective communication skills
  • Finite Planning/ Production Plan execution (PP)
  • Knowledgeable in Inventory Reduction
  • Standardization of Production Planning Simulation
  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing field is an advantage
