Job Description
Are you ready to take the next step in your real estate sales career? We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Property Sales Representative to join our high-performing MINT Residential team.
Based in our Sydney CBD office, this role offers a unique opportunity to specialise in the sales of Oaks Hotels and Minor Hotels branded apartments, working closely with hotel and building managers to identify sales opportunities and connect investors with quality properties.
You’ll play a key role in growing property sales across our portfolio by building strong relationships with owners, generating listings, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. Backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group, this is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment while building your career in property sales.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Actively seek out and secure property listings and sales opportunities within Minor Hotels branded apartment buildings
- Perform market appraisals and provide professional sales and marketing advice to property owners
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including listing documentation, negotiations and buyer management
- Conduct inspections and open homes with prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, hotel managers and key stakeholders
- Coordinate advertising, signboards, searches and other sales-related activities
- Liaise with conveyancers and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Ensure all transactions are accurately managed through the MINT database
- Remain up to date with property market trends, legislation and industry best practices
- Prepare reports and communicate key developments with relevant stakeholders as required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A current Property Management Registration
- Hold a Class 2 Real Estate Licence or be willing to obtain a Class 1 Licence
- Minimum 18 months real estate sales experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities
- Solid knowledge of real estate sales procedures and current legislation requirements
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Ability to build strong working relationships with owners, hotel managers and internal stakeholders
