Compliance Co-Ordinator

Yeovil - Full-time – Salary £26k-£30k depending on experience

Job Description

As Compliance Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for promoting the highest standards of care and support services across all business actives; adhering to regulations, legislation and Franchise Standards.

Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  • Knowledge and understanding of current legislation and specific regulation for Health & Social Care
  • Previous experience of working to quality standards within a care setting
  • Ability to provide detailed quality reviews of performance against and external quality standards and providing constructive feedback for improvement
  • Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport quickly
  • Confidence to escalate non-compliance issues
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience of IT systems, Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies where appropriate
  • Organise and flexible to be meet the needs of the business

Desirable:

  • Experience of Franchise  standards and legislation
  • Support and guidance on regulatory framework, policies & procedures
  • Experience of internal audits
  • Trend analysis and relevant action plans including compliance risk assessment
  • GDPR Champion and compliance with Equality, Diversity & Equal Opportunities Policy
  • Keep up to date on changes in regulatory, legislative and market practices that impact the business
