Compliance Co-Ordinator
Yeovil - Full-time – Salary £26k-£30k depending on experience

Job Description
As Compliance Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for promoting the highest standards of care and support services across all business actives; adhering to regulations, legislation and Franchise Standards.
Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- Knowledge and understanding of current legislation and specific regulation for Health & Social Care
- Previous experience of working to quality standards within a care setting
- Ability to provide detailed quality reviews of performance against and external quality standards and providing constructive feedback for improvement
- Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport quickly
- Confidence to escalate non-compliance issues
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience of IT systems, Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies where appropriate
- Organise and flexible to be meet the needs of the business
Desirable:
- Experience of Franchise standards and legislation
- Support and guidance on regulatory framework, policies & procedures
- Experience of internal audits
- Trend analysis and relevant action plans including compliance risk assessment
- GDPR Champion and compliance with Equality, Diversity & Equal Opportunities Policy
- Keep up to date on changes in regulatory, legislative and market practices that impact the business
