About the Role

Your purpose at Stanley/Stella

Stanley / Stella is a fast-growing company, with an ambitious roadmap of projects to transform its logistics into a true competitive advantage. That includes the opening of new warehouses across Europe, the use of new transportation modes and the reduction of our environmental footprint. 

Within that organization, the Logistics Coordinator is the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all operational logistics matters in Europe ensuring smooth service every day and continuously improving processes.

Your role and impact

  • Ensure a daily monitoring and execution of the key logistics activities such as coordination for pick-ups, transport orders, prioritization, for smooth and effective operations. 
  • Plan inbound and outbound flows and organize proper transportation (sea, air and rail) as well as transfers between warehouses to maximize our service level while minimizing costs.
  • Manage errors and build corrective action plans to improve service level 
  • Manage export flows (documentation, administration)
  • Manage special requests (egpromotional activities, launch of new collections) to ensure that all needed garments and accessories are delivered in due time.
  • Control and monitor inventory levels (stock balance), identify gaps and correct accordingly to keep adequate stocks.
  • Monitor and report logistics performance (KPIs)
  • Manage the consumables for the warehouses (cartons, stickers, etc) in the most effective way
  • Administer required documentation (egcertificates of origin, export documents) 
  • Act as point of contact for the customer care and provide assistance on claims (missing boxes, quality issues, etc…) and logistics issues
  • Lead or participate in projects from the logistics roadmap

About you

 Your profile 

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in total
  • Proven successful experience in a challenging & international logistics environment
  • Strong logistics operations experience, especially in transport 
  • Experience with export flows (duties, documentation)
  • English and at least one of the following languageGerman or French
  • Knowledge of the consumer goods industry preferably within a Retail Fashion brand or B2B Environment (e-commerce experience is a plus)
  • Customer mindset
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, stress tolerant and flexible
  • General IT skills and ERP experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
