This position requires an active State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Applicants without a current PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.

Position Details:
HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a CMS 5-Star rated senior living community in Fort Wayne, Indiana, located just off of interstate 469.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Part-time position at 20 - 24 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule of consistent three-, four- or five-days per week.
- Collaborative, experienced therapy team.
- Three well-equipped therapy gyms.
Full-Time Option:
This position would be full-time if paired with another CMS 5-Star rated senior living community in Berne, Indiana, located approximately 35 miles south of Fort Wayne. The consistent schedule would be Tuesdays and Thursdays in Berne, with the remaining days in Fort Wayne. Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
