HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team serving a welcoming retirement community in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The PT will conduct evaluations, progress notes, recerts and discharges on a consistent basis. Hours are minimal at approximately 5 to 10 hours per week however there is definitely potential for the caseload to grow.
The facility offers assisted living and independent living, also respite care and is located near Cascade and Ada.
Also hiring PRN PTs and PTAs to work on an occasional, as-needed basis. HTS provides therapy in two senior living facilities in Grand Rapids.

Applicants must have an active Michigan Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Michigan license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
