FORSHAW is seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate for the Boston branch. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service by processing orders correctly and efficiently in ways that align with FORSHAW’s Mission, Vision, and Values.


The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of picking, packing, and shipping accuracy, along with the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. You must have strong attention to detail and be a dependable team player to succeed in this role.

Requirements

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using LTL and UPS shipping methods
  • Receive, organize, stock, and maintain inventory within the warehouse
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy and product organization
  • Maintain shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries
  • Support FORSHAW Customer Service Representatives and Sales team members with incoming orders and warehouse coordination
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work an early morning, first-shift schedule Monday through Friday
  • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
  • Basic computer skills are a plus
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Physical Requirements

  • Routinely bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to remain active throughout the workday in a warehouse environment
