About the Role
Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and assist in managing stock levels.
- Utilize retail math skills to provide accurate pricing information and financing options to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for clients.
- Participate in outbound sales efforts, including follow-ups with potential leads and referrals.
- Deliver compelling presentations to groups or individuals, showcasing the advantages of our vehicles.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent public speaking skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes is a plus.
