Learning Analytics Analyst-Senior

Job Description:

  • Learning & Development; Learning analytics; Learning needs analysis; Training content development and delivery; Learning innovation & projects; Learning metrics; Learning advisory; Dashboard creation; Report creation & compilation.

Key Activities:

  • Responsible for training Order to cash processes for the APAC locations

  • Responsible for leading projects from concept through implementation

  • Responsible for balancing stakeholder requirements and strategic objectives within quality, time, and budget constraints and for managing associated risks.

  • Responsible for gathering and documenting project schedule, project benefits, and strategic importance of projects.

  • Activities include but are not limited to developing project schedule, project communication, allocating resources (internal & external).

  • Coordinate subject area and technical specialist to implement stakeholder requirements.

  • Act as the single point of contact.

  • Regularly report project status to program managers, senior management and/or the sponsor and stakeholders.

  • May manage relationships with external contractors, developers.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Adobe Captivate or another eLearning authoring tool

  • Experience in conducting business or statistical analysis and leading medium to low complexity projects

  • Strong background in communications, organizational change management, training, or a related area

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to communicate at all employee levels effectively (verbally and in writing)

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Proficient in problem-solving, organization, creativity, grammar, and writing

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • QDM Expert Certification a plus

  • Preferred: Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, especially in collections & dispute management.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any discipline

Language:

  • Proficiency in English

Experience:

  • Four (4) years of work experience in learning development or related areas
