■ワークプレイスマネジメントとは

不動産業界というと、売買仲介やプロパティマネジメント(PM)、アセットマネジメント(AM)をイメージされる方が多いかもしれません。しかし、JLLのワークプレイスマネジメント事業部は、企業のオフィス環境全体を戦略的に運営・最適化する総合サービスを提供しています。

具体的には:

• オフィスの日常運営管理(ファシリティマネジメント)

• ワークプレイス戦略の立案と実行

• 従業員エクスペリエンスの向上

• スペース活用の最適化とデータ分析

• ベンダーマネジメントとコスト最適化

• プロセス改善とデジタルトランスフォーメーション

このインターンシップでは、クライアント企業のオフィスに常駐し、実際のワークプレイス運営の最前線で業務を経験していただきます。

■インターンシップで経験できる4つの業務領域

1. デリバリー&プロセス改善

• クライアント先での既存のワークフローやプロセスを評価し、科学的手法を用いて改善機会を特定します

• デリバリー戦略とベンダーパフォーマンス管理プロセスに焦点を当てます

• メンターと協働してプロセスを洗練し、継続的改善を推進します

• 徹底的な分析に基づいた実装ロードマップを作成します

2.ビジネスマネジメント支援

• クライアント企業で実施されている定例レビュー会議や業務プロセスを理解し、改善点を見つけます

• 各部門の責任者(例:清掃管理担当、セキュリティ担当、設備管理担当など)と協力して、改善策を実行に移します

• オフィス運営に関わる様々な部門(総務、ITなど)の担当者と連携し、部門間の情報共有や連携強化をサポートします

3. 利用者対応とサービス改善

• クライアント企業の重要な関係者(施設管理責任者、各フロアの総務担当者など)と良好な関係を築きます

• オフィスで働く従業員がどんな場面でサービスに接しているか(会議室予約、設備トラブル報告、清掃依頼など)を把握し、各サービスの担当者と協力してデータを分析し、改善点を見つけます

• ヘルプデスクに寄せられる問い合わせ内容や対応時間などのデータを分析し、数字に基づいた改善策を提案・実施します

4. プログラムマネジメント

• 全体的なプログラム計画を作成し、実行フェーズのガバナンスをサポートします

• 報告プロセスを確立し、完了まで詳細な進捗レポートの共有を支援します

• 確立されたタイムラインとプログラム期待値を満たす高品質な成果物を提供します

応募資格

必須要件:

• 2027年卒業予定の大学生・大学院生

• ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き・会話)

• 主体性とチームプレイヤーとしての資質

• クライアント先でのオンサイト勤務が可能な方

求める人物像:

• 情熱、誠実性、批判的思考力/分析力を持つ方

• 柔軟性/適応力があり、継続的学習マインドセットを持つ方

• 優れた組織力があり、複数タスクを独立して優先順位付けし、期限内に完了できる方

• 優れた文書作成・口頭コミュニケーション能力を持ち、顧客や同僚と良好な関係を構築できる方

• MS Office(特にExcel・PowerPoint)に習熟し、レポート・プレゼンテーション作成が得意な方

待遇：時給1500円

就業時間：フルタイム　平日9：00～17：30　（休憩1時間）

休日：土日祝日

インターンシップ期間：8月3日（月）～9月30日　2カ月を予定
