About the Role

Essential Functions

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

· Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs and Sheets, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office

· Support the sales team in promoting and selling association management services to prospective associations and board members

· Prepare sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and marketing materials for community association prospects

· Coordinate and track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity within the company

· Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and board presentations

· Maintain accurate records of client communications, proposals, contracts, and onboarding documentation

· Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure a smooth transition for newly onboarded communities

· Communicate effectively in person or by using telecommunications with our clients and fellow co- workers and generally enjoy working with a diverse clientele

· Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required

· Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change

· Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills

· Performs routine bookkeeping functions

· Organize and schedule appointments as needed

· Plan meetings and take detailed minutes as needed

· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

· Proven experience as a Sales Associate

· Working knowledge of office equipment

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of (or ability to learn) various sales techniques such as SPIN selling, Challenger, and Solution Selling.

Physical Activities

The following physical activities are necessary to perform one or more of the essential functions of this position.

· Moves, lifts, carries supplies weighing less than 20 pounds without assistance

· Visually verifies and/or reads information

· Sits for an extended period of time
