Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming purchase orders, materials, and deliveries for accuracy and completeness. 
  • Organize and maintain inventory for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer/drain departments.
  • Pull, stage, and prepare materials and equipment for technicians and installation crews.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts. 
  • Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and operations teams regarding deliveries and stock levels. 
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained. 
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when needed. 
  • Monitor inventory shortages and communicate restocking needs proactively. 
  • Assist with returns, damaged materials, and warranty items. 
  • Maintain accurate records of materials received, distributed, and transferred. 
  • Support field teams by ensuring jobs are stocked with the correct materials and equipment. 
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols. 
  • Assist with general warehouse operations and daily facility needs as assigned.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred. 
  • Trades industry experience is a plus. 
  • Strong organization and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely. 
  • Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance. 
  • Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Commitment to safety and professionalism.
