As a National Account Executive, TouchTour, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain’s growth and dynamic environment. In this position, you will empower our clients to empower their leasing teams, engage renters, and accelerate lease-ups with an interactive touring experience, TouchTour. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide high-caliber service. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key customers and understand how our product offerings can grow their business. 


What you’ll do...

  • Execute a strong sales plan, selling SaaS solutions to large enterprise clients.
  • Own a quarterly quota responsibility of $325k+ in software, services, and hardware sales.
  • Create a territory penetration strategy using industry knowledge and AI-powered lead intelligence to grow a strong pipeline.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools to research prospects, personalize high-volume outreach, and draft compelling, data-driven sales collateral.
  • Effectively analyze prospect needs, execute solution-based selling techniques, and move quality opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Conduct sales presentations with key buying influencers and decision-makers up to and including C-level Executives.
  • Partner with Account Managers on individual accounts to cross-sell and upsell existing clients using portfolio penetration strategies.
  • Track all relevant sales activity using HubSpot and Salesforce and ensure data hygiene for accurate AI-driven forecasting.
  • Provide value-added market intelligence to sales leadership by identifying emerging trends and competitive shifts.
  • Represent Engrain at sales events and trade shows (up to 25% travel).

Requirements

What you offer us…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years proven experience in full life-cycle sales, providing SaaS / Cloud / Technology solutions (multi-family industry preferred).
  • AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or Gong) to optimize prospecting, email sequencing, and meeting preparation.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Ability to use automated lead reports and AI-enhanced CRM tools to identify high-intent targets.
  • Solution-Based Selling: Skilled in analyzing a prospect's needs and offering tailored solutions rather than just a product.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce and a willingness to adopt new AI-integrated sales technologies.
  • Persistence and Drive: A persistent approach to exploring and uncovering business needs with a "stay curious" mindset.
  • Communication: Strong ability to conduct compelling presentations and influence C-level decision-makers.

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: base salary of $80,000 with an OTE of $180,000+. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
