About Loma Linda University Medical Center An outgrowth of the original Sanitarium on the hill in 1905, the present 11-story Loma Linda University Medical Center (LLUMC) opened on July 9, 1967. With the completion of the Loma Linda University Children's Hospital (LLUCH) in late 1993, nearly 900 beds are available for patient care, including at Loma Linda University Medical Center East Campus and Loma Linda University Behavioral Medicine Center (LLUBMC). About the Role

Job Summary: The Manager-Treasury Operations supports the organization's cash and debt management policies, procedures and strategies shaping processes to ensure that operations, reporting, and other Treasury functions perform efficiently with optimum cost-effectiveness. Performs other duties as needed.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or business related field required. Minimum five years of job related experience, with a minimum of two years of experience directly related to treasury management required. One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of cash and treasury operations. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) accounting requirements and disclosures for healthcare and/or higher education industries. Able to read, write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with minimal supervision. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.

Licensures and Certifications: Association of Financial Professionals membership preferred.
