Quality Assurance Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for performing routine and complex administrative duties for the department supported.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college-level coursework in Business or related field preferred; specific training in administrative office functions desired.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years’ experience in progressively responsible administrative support roles, supporting executives and professional staff at varying levels. Should possess solid knowledge of department or program supported, with specific experience previous experience providing administrative support to a similar department. Previous experience in a non-profit organization a plus.
Skills: Good oral and written communication skills required. Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and appearance required to interface with all levels within the organization. Strong organizational skills required, as well as an attention to detail to effectively support applicable department or program. Must be a self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple projects within prescribed deadlines. Must be able to work independently or as a member of the administrative team. Strong computer literacy required with a proficiency in standard business software applications (e.g. word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet and presentations). Good working knowledge of the Internet required to conduct research as directed. Specific knowledge of the use of standard office machines and equipment (e.g. production copiers, scanners, fax machines, binding and folding machines, specialty printers, etc.) required.
NATURE AND SCOPE
Department/Program-Specific Administrative Support:
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with external agencies that interface regularly with department/program. Maintains a current knowledge of primary contacts at those agencies in order to conduct business.
- Maintains IP database (including service coordination information, CSAAC team information, IP due dates, funding add on information, etc.).
- Responsible for scheduling all pre-meetings and goals and outcomes meetings.
- Responsible for scheduling all interim meetings, 30 day meetings, RFSC funding meetings, and family meetings.
- Responsible for IP scheduling and communicating IP information to families, service coordinators, and other outside parties.
- Responsible for inputting IP documentation as directed, into CIMS under the supervision of the Director of Compliance.
