Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated GBS People Services Associate – French Speaker to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will support the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination.

You will play an important role in HR administration, employee data management, documentation handling, and sick leave process management for France. This position is ideal for candidates starting their career in Human Resources and looking to develop expertise in HR systems, data management, process improvement, and stakeholder support.

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Manage and maintain employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding;
  • Handle HR documentation such as contracts, amendments, and certificates;
  • Monitor and manage sick leave processes in line with local regulations;
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies with the team;
  • Support reporting activities and administrative calculations;
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives;
  • Assist in HR projects, system updates, and testing activities;
  • Provide support to employees, HR Business Partners, and external stakeholders;
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous team development.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Initial experience in administration, HR, or shared services is an advantage.

Know-how:

  • Interest in HR Operations, data management, and process improvement;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems.

Languages: Fluent in French and English (mandatory).

Working Style and Methods:

  • Structured and detail-oriented approach;
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.

Personality:

  • Customer-focused with a proactive mindset;
  • Team player with good communication skills;
  • Eager to learn and grow in an international environment.
