About the Role

The key objective is to execute and administer system enhancements based on Regulatory and Business user Feedback. To be the liaising point to the respective stakeholders with regards to these usual business functions.

1. Business user/ Subject matter Expert (SME) for Systems
(IPoS+, Leader endorsement, Interactive Competency Management (ICM), CRM etc)

 

  • Translate operational and regulatory needs into functional specification document for system enhancement.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement system changes in line with compliance and regulatory frameworks and deadlines.
  • Support Product related releases for Point of sale systems (Tips/ Product Matrix)
  • Support User acceptance testing (UAT) and system configuration for system enhancements.
  • Maintain knowledge of existing system related checks and functions for audit readiness
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks related to system enhancements and maintenance.

2. System related Operational Support

  • Raise tickets for system issues, work with tech and users to provide information to tech for bugfixes.
  • Request for and prepare data from data extraction projects for operational use/ audit support for related systems.
  • Assist team members and agency force with system related enquiries.
  • Participate in IT DR exercises.


3. System-related Incident reporting

  • Track and raise incident reports on IRIS.
  • Ensure that system related incidents are addressed and resolved by the responsible parties.
  • Work with stakeholders and relevant parties to carry out required service recovery for disruptions.

4. AI and Process improvement

  • Support the push of AI and tools to improve work processes throughout the department.
  • Review current processes and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Automate processes where applicable.
