Come join our growing team as The Clinical Administrative Specialist who provides high-level administrative and operational support to clinical team managers and quality team. This role is dynamic and adaptable, with responsibilities that may evolve based on organizational priorities and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail- oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is an hourly 1.0 (40 hrs/wk) position with benefits located at our office in Baldwin, WI.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide administrative support to Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care clinical managers and quality team
· Prepare, format, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
· Assist with data tracking, quality metrics, and performance improvement initiatives
· Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
· Perform interdisciplinary team meeting preparation of materials, documentation of discussions, and timely completion of post meeting wrap up tasks.
· Electronic Medical Record task hotlist management.
· Prepare and distribute weekly reports to support accurate and timely patient handoffs between shifts
· Coordinate and process bereavement mailings
· Assist in the preparation and organization of onboarding materials for new staff
· Support scheduling functions by assisting with on call calendar banners and appointment setting as assigned
· Maintain and regularly update patient lists to ensure clinicians are informed of changes in patient status and care needs
· Assist in the development, formatting, and distribution of the weekly clinician update newsletter to ensure timely and accurate communication of key information
· Perform clerical support duties, including laminating materials, photocopying documents, and organizing and maintaining file systems
· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
· Preferred graduate of two years Business school, Associate of Applied Science degree. or equivalent.
· Two years’ experience in a medical setting preferred.
· Familiar with medical terminology
· Experience with Work and Excel Microsoft applications
· Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus.

Physical Requirements
