As a TM Case Investigator - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Risk and Compliance team, focusing on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes, enhancing their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Within our Conduct and Compliance practice, you will be instrumental in confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive compliance audits to assess adherence to regulatory requirements
- Developing and implementing compliance programs to mitigate risks and enhance internal controls
- Analyzing complex regulatory landscapes to provide strategic guidance to clients
- Collaborating with clients to navigate regulatory challenges and develop compliance strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform compliance recommendations
- Leading initiatives in anti-money laundering compliance and financial crime prevention
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance risks to support informed decision-making
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance frameworks
- Providing training and support on compliance and governance to enhance client understanding
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address compliance needs
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Identify, document, and report on specific money laundering typologies (e.g., smurfing, layering).
