Ghost Traders is a premier trading education service. We offer private mentorship for traders as well as our four week training class. Our pirmary goal is to shorten the learning curve in trading, through ongoing education and support. We utilize a network of professional traders and educators to provide continual education, and assistance for all Ghost Traders. We thoroughly examined the major obstacles novice and professional traders find themselves up against. We have developed a simple and direct approach to teaching the most important aspects for trading all markets. Our main focus is trading psychology. In our opinion a trader's mind set must be developed from the beginning of their training. We believe a trader must learn to trade without emotion or the chances of failure are extremely high. Our Philosophy is very simple and as follows: A Ghost Trader is disciplined and implements a strict trading plan with proper risk management. A professional trader does not bring emotions into their trades. Our objective is to build a strong foundation for new traders so they can stay in this business successfully. About the Role

GhostTraders is seeking a passionate and creative Junior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
  • Design user interfaces for web products including our academy platform, landing pages, and internal tools
  • Conduct UX research to understand how traders use our products and where friction exists
  • Build and maintain reusable components within our Figma design system
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs across multiple breakpoints
  • Design marketing assets and content in Canva for social, web, and campaigns
  • Present your design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist with WordPress page building and basic front-end implementation where needed
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally on digital products
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking process, not just final screens
  • Solid understanding of UX research methods including user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping
  • Proficiency in Figma including components, auto layout, variants, and design systems
  • Familiarity with WordPress as a publishing and product platform
  • Basic understanding of SEO and how design decisions affect search performance
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva for content and marketing design
  • The ability to explain design decisions clearly to people who are not designers
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Fully remote position with flexible working hours

Monthly salary of $1,500 to $2,500 depending on experience

Advantageous
  • Experience implementing UI designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with financial products, fintech, or trading platforms
  • Understanding of Smart Money Concepts or institutional trading methodology
  • Experience designing for SaaS or subscription-based products
