We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Team. This role is focused on coordination, administration, and ensuring a smooth hiring process across multiple functions.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including complex, multi-stage processes across different time zones
- Arrange candidate travel, including flights, accommodation, and logistics
- Support the setup and management of service agreements, purchase orders and expense claims
- Lead data hygiene audits in the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support preparation and logistics for job fairs and recruiting events
- Create simple one-pagers and supporting materials for recruitment activities
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
What we’re looking for
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR operations, or administrative roles in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with systems and ensuring data accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Willingness to work 4 days per week from the office (Phoenix)
