Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Agent to join a leading FinTech company in Greece. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals fluent in Italian to work in the innovative and fast-paced financial technology sector. As a Customer Agent, you will support Italian-speaking clients by providing efficient and professional assistance regarding FinTech products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist clients with inquiries, account management, transactions, and troubleshooting FinTech solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline service processes.
- Stay up-to-date with FinTech products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in FinTech, banking, or financial services, is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and other digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
