Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and janitorial tasks to maintain hygiene standards in locker rooms, showers, and common areas
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to keep surfaces pristine and safe
- Handle custodial responsibilities including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, equipment upkeep, and ensuring all amenities are operational
- Support industrial cleaning projects when needed to address larger or more specialized cleaning requirements
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Ensure locker room areas are organized, stocked with supplies, and ready for member use at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing to enhance surface durability and appearance
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures and basic repair skills
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Excellent organizational skills to manage supplies and maintain cleanliness standards consistently
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts
- Positive attitude with a proactive mindset to identify needs and deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced environment
Essential Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset patio and bar tables promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the Men's Locker Room patio, bar area, and surrounding spaces
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, organizing furniture, and removing trash
- Stock service stations, condiments, napkins, glassware, and other necessary supplies
- Assist members with beverage refills and basic food and beverage requests
- Take simple food and beverage orders and communicate them accurately to the service team
- Deliver food and beverages to members as needed
- Monitor patio areas to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout service
- Assist bartenders and servers with daily operational needs
- Follow all club policies regarding member service, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to provide an outstanding member experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, golf course, or country club experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remain productive during slower periods
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time or Full-time position
- Daytime shifts and evenings, weekends, and holidays required
- Flexible scheduling available based on business needs

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, golf course, or country club experience preferred, but not required
- Current TABC Seller/Server Certification required (or ability to obtain within a designated period after hire)
- Current Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain within a designated period after hire)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to hospitality excellence
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable taking basic food and beverage orders and communicating them accurately to the service team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stand, walk, and move throughout a shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Texas heat
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special club events as needed
- Ability to maintain member confidentiality and exercise discretion while working in and around locker room facilities
