As we continue our growth journey, now we an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced People & Performance Business Partner to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract, to play a pivotal role in connecting our People strategy with business objectives, making a real impact on our organisation and people’s success.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

You’ll partner closely with our enablement leadership teams to understand their goals and challenges, providing expert guidance to help them lead effectively. You will also act as a trusted coach and sounding board, supporting leaders to grow their capability and confidence, challenging constructively to ensure people decisions are aligned with our values and organisational goals.

In your role you’ll work alongside other amazing people in our People & Transformation team to create innovative people initiatives that are practical, impactful, and future-focused. In doing so your work will help foster a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.
