Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

To carry out day to day tasking delegated by the Management team whilst delivering great customer service to drive profitable sales. These tasks include the processing and flowing of merchandise, markdown execution, maintenance and service including the fitting rooms and the point-of-sale registers.

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Embody the TJX Cultural Factors
  • Understand, appreciate and articulate the TJX off-price model
  • Maintenance of the Store floor, ensuring it is neat, clean and organized
  • Drive profitable sales
  • Provide efficient and friendly customer service at the point of sales and operate registers
  • Processing and flow of merchandise
  • Execute the merchandise protection standards
  • Support gift card sales and strategies
  • Ability to demonstrate the understanding of Store Best Methods and carry out the related tasks
  • Support TJX charity initiatives
  • Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Adhere to the TJX Global Code of Conduct
