The Role
As Communications Coordinator, you'll own the day-to-day rhythm of Eziway's customer communications — the tools, templates and programs that keep customers informed, engaged and getting the most from their benefits. Hands-on, delivery-focused and right at the heart of our marketing engine.
How You'll Work

- Eziway Car Leasing — Novated lease communications, content direction, product knowledge and EOFY/EV campaigns
- Software Solutions — System-generated communications templates, post-release regression testing, help centre platform integration
- Operations — Transitions execution, customer service communications, policy and compliance threading
What You'll Own
- Case Studies — Monthly production end-to-end: interviews, drafting, sign-off, deployment
- Testimonials — Quarterly capture cycle, single source-of-truth register, multi-format deployment
- Comms Calendar — 12-month rolling calendar scheduled 4–6 weeks ahead
- Templates Library — Quarterly audit, refresh and versioning across all active templates
- Site Visits — Kits, collateral, pre/post comms and playbook maintenance
- Policy & Compliance — Sole marketing owner for all policy comms across employer, employee and web
- Novated Leasing — Weekly, monthly and quarterly comms rhythm for Eziway Car Leasing
- System Comms — Versioned template library, quarterly reviews and post-release regression testing
