This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We’re looking for a Senior LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Account Executive to join our fast-growing Growth & Mid-Market segment.
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of advertisers, identifying opportunities to drive both new and incremental revenue. You will build strong, trusted relationships with your customers and act as a strategic partner, helping them translate their business objectives into effective, full-funnel marketing strategies on LinkedIn.
You will leverage data, insights, and performance signals to prioritize your book of business, identify the next best growth opportunities, and drive adoption of always-on solutions. Balancing scale with strategic depth, you will focus on maximizing impact across your portfolio while deepening partnerships with priority customers.
You are comfortable consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets, maintaining a strong pipeline and forecast accuracy, and operating with a high level of autonomy and ownership. You partner effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver value to your customers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment, aligned with LinkedIn’s culture and values.
Responsibilities
Drive Revenue & Portfolio Growth
- Own and grow a portfolio of advertisers to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with strong forecast accuracy
- Identify expansion via optimization, upsell, and always-on strategies
Act as a Trusted Marketing Partner
- Translate customer business goals into full-funnel marketing strategies
- Lead value-based conversations focused on outcomes
- Use performance data and signals to guide next best actions
Apply Optimization & Solution Expertise
- Improve campaign performance and unlock incremental growth
- Drive adoption of LinkedIn best practices across formats and funnel stages
- Deliver a high-quality end-to-end customer experience
Execute with Sales & Operational Excellence
- Prioritise effectively across a high-volume book (tiering mindset)
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
- Consistently meet business KPIs with minimal oversight
Collaborate & Scale Impact
- Partner cross-functionally to drive customer success
- Share scalable best practices across the team
- Contribute to team culture and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience
- 3+ years of media sales or digital marketing experience
- 2+ years' experience in a direct revenue generating role
- Business fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or with the UKI Market
- Proven ability to manage a sizable volume of clients/accounts
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Experience connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and upselling and cross selling solutions to them
- Knowledge of how online advertising and Account Based Marketing works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms
- Proven communication skills across multiple channels (e.g. virtual meetings, phone, and email)
- Experience building relationships with senior marketing and key decision makers
- Ability in activating and growing existing business
