Job Description

YOUR IMPACT _________

The Senior Retail Executive will be supporting the Sales Team in Boutique, Department Stores operations

YOUR MISSION _________

Retail Sales & People Management

  • Support counters to drive sales performance to reach target set by management
  • Execution
    • Enhance Dior Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities
    • Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration and operating conditions up to PCD standards and following central guidelines
  • Promotion/ animation management
    • Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department
    • Ensure preparation prior to the event/ animation and compile the feedback report after each event
    • Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at each event/ animation
  • Supervise and motivate CMs to achieve sales objectives set by the brand
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly performance, and conduct regular reviews with Counter Managers

Retail Operations (Boutiques, Departmental Stores)

  • Processing of POs for all store, not limited to new launches, price change
  • People topics – not limited to Part Timer management, Beauty Consultants induction, enrollment, and manpower management, leave approval in system
  • Price List Management
  • Processing of Phone Orders (Call to Buy in BTQ)
  • Weekly/ Monthly total Boutique and Counter Managers Meeting preparation
  • Oversee daily store operation across assigned area (ensure full compliance with SOP, VM, customer experience standards)
  • Handle & resolve critical issues (staff, stock, customer complaints)
  • Support RM to ensure CXA, NPS, Audit score meet country target
  • Keep track and push Retail KPIs

Sales Reporting Management                                  

  • Support the Sales team in monthly all channels sales consolidation, upload, and reporting
  • Consolidation of monthly ranking results from Department Stores
  • Monthly reports preparation

Logistics & Inventory Management

  • Prepare inventory on hand of all counters
  • Responsible for ensuring efficient order and returns processing
  • Prepare and update all orders, returns and stock transfer forms
  • Monitor stock level & aging inventory (best seller, slow moving) and take timely action
  • Testers Management

Others

  • Management of POS discount, staff purchase and allowance for store team
  • PO processing for Sales Team
  • Cross functional support collaboration

WHO YOU ARE _________

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience at a supervisory level (store management experience preferred)
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Able to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Business orientated, sensitive to numbers and reporting
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in retail sector
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Knowledge in SAP
