Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts in coordination with the legal team, ensuring timely closure both internally and externally.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining custody of all executed contracts, ensuring documentation completeness and accessibility.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle—from receipt and PO acknowledgment to issuing Proforma Invoices—while verifying all commercial details such as quantity, price, specifications, and payment terms.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to obtain order execution approvals and preparing post-approval checklists for Order Process Document (OPD) generation.
  • You will be responsible for following up with logistics for shipping documents and dispatch details, ensuring timely delivery and communication with customers.
  • You will be responsible for managing customer and agent commission debit notes, including payment realization, provisioning, and record maintenance.
  • You will be responsible for handling sample requests and complaints, coordinating with Quality Control and Sales teams to ensure timely dispatch and resolution.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing receivable status and customer credit limits, generating reports, and escalating potential delays or issues to management for timely intervention.

  • Graduation in any field is mandatory.

  • Exposure to payment follow-up processes as part of customer communication is preferred.
  • For UK/Germany Roles: Exposure to technical product query resolution and end-to-end customer claims processes is preferred.
