About the Role

Impiegiamo una risorsa in ruolo di impiegato/a commerciale per supporto operativo alle vendite nel canale retail specializzato. La figura gestirà attività amministrative e di front-office interno a favore del reparto vendite, garantendo accuratezza nelle pratiche e corretto flusso informativo tra negozio e ufficio.

Mansioni principali:
• inserimento e aggiornamento anagrafiche clienti e listini su gestionale
• predisposizione e invio documentazione commerciale (DDT, preventivi, ordini)
• monitoraggio stato ordini e supporto alla logistica per evasione vendite
• gestione richieste clienti via telefono e posta elettronica con escalation al venditore

Requisiti:
• diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
• buona conoscenza pacchetto Office e capacità di utilizzo gestionale
• precisione, attitudine al lavoro per processi e orientamento al cliente
• esperienza non richiesta; valutata esperienza di 1 anno nel ruolo
