Deputy Manager, Partnership Training

Training Design & Development
- Research, design, and develop training modules, materials, and presentation decks covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills (new initiatives, ad hoc requests, and BAU).
- Continuously review and enhance training content to ensure relevance, market competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, and roadshow-based training sessions for bank partners and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver product briefings, refresher sessions, and sales activation programmes to support new product launches and campaigns
Sales Enablement & Performance Support
- Translate product features into clear sales propositions and practical selling approaches.
- Support frontline sales teams with coaching, role plays, and on-ground engagement to improve sales conversion and quality.
Reporting & Project Support
- Coordinate and support training-related reporting and initiatives, including BSC quarterly reporting, CPD tracking, and programme effectiveness.
- Assist in planning and execution of training calendars, roadshows, and nationwide programmes.
Compliance & Certification Support
- Ensure all training programmes comply with regulatory and company requirements.
- Support certification initiatives (e.g TBE) where applicable.
