Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Beratung und Vertretung von nationalen und internationalen Klientinnen und Klienten im Wirtschaftsrecht
  • Ausarbeitung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen
  • Mitarbeit in vertrags- und gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Transaktionen
  • Prozessführung und Unterstützung bei streitigen Verfahren
  • Direkter Kontakt mit Klientschaft, Behörden und Gerichten
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Mandaten innerhalb der Kanzlei

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Sehr guter juristischer Studienabschluss und ausgezeichnete juristische Kenntnisse
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt 
  • Interesse am Wirtschaftsrecht, insbesondere Vertrags- und Gesellschaftsrecht
  • Freude an direktem Klientenkontakt
  • Selbständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
