We are looking for an exceptional Junior Finance Associate who develops a deep understanding of strong finance processes, systems, and controls within a fast-paced, structured environment. You'll spend meaningful time on operational finance: reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and record-keeping. It's not always thrilling, but it's how you build judgment and credibility. Master this, and you earn the opportunity to take on more complex work

Responsibilities

  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly processes, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Years of relevant experience: 2-3 years of relevant finance experience in a fintech, tech, or start-up environment or industry.
  • Academic background: Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics degree (or equivalent analytical background).
  • Excel proficiency: Excellent Excel skills knowledgeable on different formulas (pivot tables, lookup, raw data cleanup, data reconciliation, creation of basic financial statements)
  • Analytical: Attention to detail and a sharp problem solver. Strong work ethic and ability to adapt.

  • Finance or accounting internship experience
  • Campus leadership demonstrating you can juggle competing priorities
  • Interest in pursuing a CPA

    • Monthly base salary: PHP 25,000-28,000 depending on experience
