In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating social media content in French to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. • Monitor and moderate social media content in French according to community standards and company policies.
• Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and inquiries in French.
• Identify and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content following company procedures.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to enhance content moderation strategies and community engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, policies, and best practices.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
