We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Finance Office:

 



Major Duties and Responsibilities  

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • Performing secretarial duties such as event / meeting scheduling, venue preparation, transport arrangement, visitor receiving, etc.;

  • Performing office administrative duties such as mail distribution, record keeping, document filing, etc.;

  • Providing secretarial support to committees and meetings;

  • Assisting the Director and Assistant Director in preparing presentation materials, statistics and reports;

  • Assisting the Director, Assistant Director and Finance Managers in updating policies, guidelines and forms for Finance Office;

  • Coordinating and liaising with both internal and external parties at various levels;

  • Providing administrative support to QEM projects and Research Projects; and

  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or his nominee(s).

  

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • A recognized degree, preferably with relevant experience in office administration;

  • Good organizational and time management skills;

  • Service-oriented with good communication skills in both Chinese and English;

  • Detail-minded with excellent organizational skills; and

  • Proactive attitude and ability to perform multi tasks and work under tight schedule.

 

Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.

An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
