Your mission starts here at Raytheon Australia! Right now, we are seeking a bright and energised Project Officer in our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program.

The GSC Program is a Commonwealth sponsored program that was established to increase the number of Australian suppliers and export opportunities within the global supply chains of major Defence companies (Primes), including Raytheon Australia.

Working in a small, focussed team, this exciting and challenging role involves identifying, enabling and connecting Australian Defence Industry to participate in global markets to create a more sustainable, resilient and competitive sovereign Defence capability.


Supporting the Program Manager and the Industrial Engagement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple work streams including the Innovation R&D and the Industry Training programs, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting document reviews and drafting responses, business coordination, and data management and reporting.
  • Measuring, recording and analysing key program metrics, and preparation of the formal reporting package to the customer on a periodic basis.
  • liaise with the Commonwealth customer, with Australian Industry and with senior internal stakeholders.
  • Innovation R&D work packages
  • Training program coordination
  • Measurement and Analysis of data and associated Commonwealth and internal Raytheon report generation
  • Preparation of presentations and reports.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Desirable: Bachelor of Business or Project Management
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to appropriately prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at https://www.agsva.gov.au/applicants/eligibility-suitability
