Facility Maintenance

Description

We are seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance with a strong electrical background to support daily operations at our automotive dealership. This role is responsible for maintaining dealership facilities, service bays, showroom systems, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on dealership facilities, including service bays, showrooms, offices, and exterior lighting
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, panels, wiring, motors, lifts, compressors, and shop equipment
• Maintain and service vehicle lifts, air compressors, battery chargers, and shop power systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC coordination, doors, lighting, and minor building repairs
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and dealership standards
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues during business hours or as required
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven maintenance experience with a strong electrical background
• Electrical certification, trade qualification, or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in automotive dealerships, workshops, or industrial environments is an advantage
• Knowledge of three-phase power, motors, control circuits, and shop equipment preferred
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and use diagnostic tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
