About the Role

Now Hiring: Full-Time Hauler


Keep Commercial Properties Clean

Location: Various Properties throughout San Diego County
Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm | With flexibility to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
Pay: $20.00 per hour  Paid Weekly

**Must have a valid California Driver’s License with a minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving history.

Hauling Crew Members perform a variety of general labor. This includes cleaning, hauling, item removal, and special projects as assigned.

  

What You’ll Do

  • Haul illegal dumping from properties and take items to landfills as designated by the supervisor.
  • Take photos of hauled items and clean spaces after they have been removed and provide them to the office administrator.
  • Perform physical and general labor.
  • Clean all areas as assigned.
  • Track all scheduled work orders.
  • Keep all dump fee receipts and submit them as required.
  • Plan daily routes to complete services promptly.
  • Follow Safe work practices consistently.
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and special assignments.

Requirements

  

? What We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills with peers and supervisors.
  • Ability to use a smartphone to take photos, email, and make phone calls.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, either written or verbal in English.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience pulling a 16-foot trailer

Physical Requirements:

  • On your feet throughout the shift
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Walking stairs and large properties regularly
  • Sitting/Driving
