We are a seeking a bright, forward-thinking, deadline-driven and enthusiastic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a partner to division leaders, you’ll contribute to solving workplace challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting initiatives that drive team and company success. The ideal candidate will guide employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits programs, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career while making a meaningful impact across the organization. In this generalist role, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of core human resources functions including: 

  • Employee Relations  
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Training coordination and development 
  • Employee engagement and culture initiatives 
  • Process Improvement and Implementation 
  • Compensation analysis and program management
  • Oversight of leave of absence programs

As a key member of the team, you will provide the highest level of support to all levels of the organization.  Our company is growing quickly and the opportunities to learn and grow are boundless.   

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Human Resources or related field with 5-7 years broad HR experience 
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures 
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws 
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented work style 
  • Highly adaptable/flexible and process driven mindset 
  • Strong organization and planning skills 
  • Ability to communicate and work well with teams and all levels of the organization 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with HRIS (Paylocity) preferred.
  • This role will require some travel based on business needs.
