About the Role
Description
Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a Licensed Psychologist who is looking for autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact working with veterans and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
This role will provide psychological services across two skilled nursing facilities — one serving disabled retired veterans and one serving a general geriatric population. The Psychologist will focus on psychological evaluations, diagnostic clarification, and individual psychotherapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $145,000
- Tiered monthly productivity bonus
- Psychologists commonly earn an additional $3,000–$5,000 monthly
Requirements
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD required)
- Minimum of 1 year post-licensure experience
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Experience or interest in geriatric and veteran populations preferred
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
