About the Role

Description

Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking an OBGYN Physician for a well-established non-profit healthcare organization in Southwest Georgia. This organization has served the community for over 40 years and is committed to providing high-quality care to underserved and uninsured patient populations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a full-scope OB/GYN position with strong compensation, student loan repayment, and a mission-driven practice environment.

Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Split time between clinic and hospital coverage
  • Average patient volume goal of 20 patients per day
  • Group averages 60–70 births per month
  • On-call schedule: approximately 10 shifts per month (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
  • Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care


Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation range: $280,000 – $347,500
  • Billable hours compensation model based on experience
  • Relocation assistance
    • $10,000 for out-of-state candidates
    • $5,000 for in-state candidates

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
