About the Role

Description

As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting our internal team, managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and contributing to relationship development. This position provides a unique opportunity to explore the Wealth Management industry from behind the scenes and build a strong foundation for a rewarding career in financial planning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed financial analyses and customized financial plans for clients.
  • Assist in the analysis, rebalancing, and administration of client investment portfolios.
  • Conduct investment research and prepare insightful reports.
  • Support the processing of client service requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Develop and implement workflows and procedures to enhance team efficiency and improve client experiences.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in financial planning is desirable but not required; this is an entry-level role with strong career development potential. Preference will be given to candidates currently enrolled in or who have completed financial planning education leading to professional certification (e.g., CFP® or CPA/PFS).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and productive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet client needs.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
