About The Company
Tarino connects Australian professional services firms with elite offshore talent from the Philippines — on a simple, transparent model: one placement fee, no ongoing markups, ever.
We specialise exclusively in mortgage broking, accounting, financial planning, legal, and real estate — industries we know from the inside.
Our process is rigorous. Every candidate is video screened, practically assessed, and background checked before you meet them. You get a shortlist of genuinely qualified people — not a pile of CVs.
One fee. No lock-ins. Six-month replacement guarantee.
If you're tired of paying monthly markups on talent you direct yourself, Tarino was built for you.
