Since 2021, our Gold Coast team has been delivering life-changing support to NDIS participants, and now we’re looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join us.

Here’s how we work:

  • Diverse Settings: Work across diverse environments—home, school, or the community—where real-world skills can be put into action.
  • Collaborative Approach: Join an incredible multi-disciplinary team, including OTs, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Tailored Assessments: Combine standardised and non-standardised assessments tailored to each participant’s unique needs.
  • Work close to home: Our main office hub is in Ashmore where you will attend MDT meetings & training sessions. The rest of your time is working from home. Caseloads are allocated within 30 mins from your home suburb.
  • Want Part or full time: Sure! we can consider a minimum of 2 x days or more - no weekend work!

Your Role Will Include:

  • Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way.
  • Supporting participants across settings—home, school, clinic, telehealth and the broader community.
  • Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.
  • Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
  • Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists).
  • Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • A fun, team-first approach to work.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
